Full refurbishment of a Listed Building and a new two storey beach front extension facing out towards the coastal islands, including the Rockabill Lighthouse, to the north there are striking views of the Mourne Mountains.  The powerful scenery formed the inspiration for the architecture, three islands created a natural focus, a triptych, with new fenestration framing each.
